Returns
At Driving Success, Inc., we want you to be happy with your purchase. We know it's sometimes necessary to return an item. We want to make it easy.
We think you'll find immediate satisfaction with your first use of The Controller, but if, within 15 days of receipt of your purchase, you find The Controller wasn't what you expected, we'll give you your money back. There are no strings attached.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. When possible, use the original packaging and shipping must be prepaid.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 10% of the original purchase price.

There are certain situations where no refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refund Guidelines
Email or call us at (888-880-3610) so we can understand the reason for the refund request.
Postage for return shipment is the responsibility of the customer.
Ship merchandise back to Driving Success, Inc. in a well-packaged box so as not to damage The Controller. Keep shipment tracking number until you receive your refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once Driving Success, Inc. receives a validated return.
Materials must be undamaged to receive a full refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 48 hours.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@controlthebrake.com and send your item to: 12231 Academy Rd NE Unit 301, Albuquerque NM 87111, United States.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
